Dopady depreciace rublu na ruskou ekonomiku

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of rouble depreciation on the overall state of the Russian economy. The first part of the thesis explains the theoretical background, which relate to the mentioned problems. The thesis also describes and analyses the historical depreciation of selected currencies, including the rouble. The practical part analyses the pre-crisis development and the conse- quent impact of the exchange rate drop on the state economy, using the results of analyses of selected economic indicators, based on comparison analysis of the largest branches and enterprises, and based on the conclusions of the impact of the exchange rate depreciation on the economy.
Analysis of the currency crisis in Russia

This bachelor thesis describes the financial crisis in the Russian Federation, which happened in 2014. The theoretical part covers the necessary general information concerning the financial crisis: the definition, the causes of the origin and the general theoretical models of the crisis. This section also describes two types of crisis indicators, more specifically deals with modern indicators and generalizes the effects of the currency crisis on the economy. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the financial crisis in compliance with the theoretical part. In addition, the author performs an econometric analysis of the change of exchange rate change on the change of modern indicators and conducts a regression model. In conclusion, the author summarizes the impact of the recent currency crisis on various areas of the Russian economy.
Analysis of export and import of the Russian Federation

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of export and import of the Russian Federation between 2005-2015. The primary objective is to analyze the factors affecting the foreign trade of Russia and to evaluate their consequences. The analysis shows the low diversification of Russian export, the dependence of foreign trade on exports of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas. Furthermore, the dependence on oil prices, world and domestic GDP is identified. During the study of dependence, the statistical methods are used, which are correlation and regression analysis. The theoretical part devoted to basic concepts, description of importance and functions of foreign trade, theories of external economic relations. In the second chapter a comprehensive analysis of commodity and territorial structure of foreign trade is carried out. The importance of foreign trade for balance of payments, GDP creation and foreign exchange relations is determined. The third chapter is more focused on revelation of trends influencing both exports and imports. The final fourth chapter focuses on the empirical analysis of the export and import of the Russian Federation.
Monetary Unions and the attitude of Russian citizens to the national currency

The thesis is aimed to define the attitude of Russian citizens to the national currency at the threshold of entering to the new monetary union. As an example of the acting monetary union has been taken the European Union and its institutions, to go through the steps of the integration.The thesis is composed of two parts: Literature review deals with legal background of the European Union, integrations, and the basic history of establishment of monetary union. The second part is Own solution, defines the attitude of the Russian citizens to the national currency during the economical crisis by the questionnaire. Also the second part of the thesis determines the sentiment of Russian citizens to current economic situation in the country and willingness to join the Eurasian Economic Union. In addition second part deals with background of crisis in Russian Federation.
The Central bank of the Russian Federation's exchange rate policy and Russian ruble exchange rate during the period between 1992-2015

This bachelor thesis is focused on the exchange rate policy of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and on the analysis of Russian ruble exchange rate during the period between 1992 and 2015. In the first part the main instruments of the Central bank of Russia's monetary policy and history of its exchange rate policy are described. The second part is oriented on the empirical analysis of the ruble exchange rate for the period between 2002 and 2015, where the dependence between the ruble exchange rate and certain factors as the balance of payments, the inflation rate and the oil prices is researched. The third part contains a description of Russian economic situation during the recent economic crisis, which started in 2014. Its causes, its evolution and the dynamics of the ruble exchange rate during this period are analysed.
